Would you like to work on important infrastructure projects and play a pivotal role in securing our on-going success? Collaborate across a global organisation As Project Manager in our LCI Projects and Processes (LPP) organisation, you drive critical business projects with different levels of complexity. In doing so, you collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and cultures to deliver on the agreed timing and budget, and you: - Apply a risk based approach when dealing with deviations and manage early mitigation to ensure minimum impact - Deliver timely and precise project reporting to the Program Manager and/or Steering Committee - Secure a strong handover to the business and make sure that change management towards the organisation is a well-integrated and well-planned part of the projects - Continuously thrive to optimising the project in order to improve performance - Motivate the project team members to work together and collaborate on achieving your shared goal This position takes you travelling up to 20 days a year. Help secure the future infrastructure and critical platforms for the R&D areas The LCI Projects and Processes organisation is the driver of a number of larger business projects and home of LEGO® Continuous Improvement in the R&D area. A motivator with great project management skills In this position, you encourage and challenge team members as well as the Steering Committee. You use the LEGO® Project tools available, you are an open-minded, a go-to person, and you enjoy helping other people, making sure that projects run on track.
