The procurement organisation is completely reorganised and expanded with a total of 9 new exciting positions. We are organised in four departments: IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing & Re-negotiation, Indirect Procurement & Processes and Operational Procurement, of which two new managerial positions are vacant. Further we are increasing with 3 new Strategic Sourcing & Re-negotiation Manager positions and 3 new Indirect Procurement Managers positions. We are seeking 3 highly skilled strategic sourcing & re-negotiation managers to help our team deliver on targets and meet our ambitious leadership vision for Nets Procurement. As a strategic sourcing & re-negotiation manager you will interact across the Nordic countries with all different parts of the organisation. Experience in working in an international organization is an advantage, as well as the ability to network with people from different locations, across cultures and management levels. Key Responsibilities and tasks You will be responsible for executing sourcing and re-negotiation processes on IT and other Indirect Procurement areas in close alignment with all Nets Business units and in accordance with Nets Group Procurement’s Strategic sourcing & re-negotiation process. This includes: •Mapping and analysing data on current spend patterns & supply market, identifying cost drivers and opportunities in complex environments •Launch and analyse RFX material, coordinating stakeholder engagement via steering committees •Develop and maintain models to analyse supplier offers and quantify total costs of ownership •Preparing different types of negotiation strategies & negotiation •Manage and lead cross functional project teams across different departments, business units and geographies •Communicating complicated messages in compelling ways to senior levels within the businesses Last but not least you always make sure to meet and exceed savings targets and other objectives. Preferred background and qualifications You have excellent analytical & project management skills, a relevant Master’s Degree and direct experience with above key responsibilities and tasks from an international company for a minimum of 2 years and a proven track record. Ideally, you come with a background as a Strategic Sourcing & Re-negotiation Manager, and/ or Management Consultant with a proven Procurement track record within one or more areas of: •Outsourcing, hardware, software, TeleDatacom and IT-consultant •Facility Management, Printing & Postage •HR, Marketing & Communication •Management Consultants, Legal, Tax, Audit & Accounting •Travel & Car Fleet Management Work language is English and strong proficiency herein is a need.
