eloomi is an international SaaS software company within the HR and People space. We have built and promote the eloomi software to end-clients and have great success. We primarily work with mid-sized and enterprise customers. The customer decision makers are C-level and are found mainly within Management and HR.  

On-boarding at eloomi 

You will be on-boarded effectively and trained in the eloomi products and services. We will make sure that you get the best possible start, so you can start performing in your job. Expect full on-boarding within 1-2 weeks. All materials needed for succeeding in the job are established and will be provided to you.  

Job Overview

You will win, sign, maintain and expand customers; from first point of contact, to presentation and closing the deal. Prospects need to be found, based on relevant geography, channel, or market. We are international, so expect focus outside of Denmark. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and profitability. The ongoing relationship with your signed customers will be supported by the eloomi Innovation Team and Client Success Managers.  

Job Responsibilities 

You will seek out prospects with the goal of closing deals. You will mainly work via email, phone and other online tools. You will perform a run-through of a strategic presentation and a product demo, to give the customers the full overview of the eloomi platform. You will close the deals and coordinate the involvement of eloomi personnel and management resources needed, in order to meet objectives and expectations. Basically you shall achieve assigned sales quota based on the number of customers signed as well as financial targets.  

Qualifications

• You probably have a Bachelor’s Degree in combination with relevant experience and successful sales experience within a software company
• You have a proven track record of successful and international B2B sales
• You have knowledge of SaaS technology – most likely from working in another software company
• Experience with LMS or Performance Management / HR solutions is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluent in English
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; you must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
• Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities         

Day2Day Job 

Preferably, you will work out of our Copenhagen office, with 0 % travel needed. We are a fast growing company, on our 2. year, with VC funding. At eloomi we have a great work environment with values that we care strongly about, and you can expect great colleagues as well as much time spent on the job. Alternatively, you can be places elsewhere e.g. main cities such as Berlin, Paris or London where a home office will be needed.

Job Role Benefits

Your job title will be Sales Manager and you will have full responsibility for your own job role. You will report directly to the Direct Sales VP and will be part of the sales management team. Split salary based on fixed/result based bonus. As a top performer you gain access to the eloomi Stock Option Program. You’ll get the equipment needed to perform in your job e.g. Mac laptop, iPhone, CRM etc.
