For the fast-growing company Miinto in Copenhagen, we are on the lookout for a result-driven Account Manager, who will be responsible for selling a booming fashion e-commerce concept on the Swedish market. The company is already well known on this market, being successfully active there for several years. Miinto's advanced e-commerce platform helps fashion shops selling their fashion, interior and accessories online, and you will play an important part of the continuous future growth. 

You will have key responsibilities of growing the Swedish market, and you will work closely together with the Swedish sales and support team. You are motivated by executing the following tasks:

• Identify leads, plan your sales work and suggest partnerships with fashion shops
• Negotiate and close deals with the shops through fashion brands
• After-sales services and additional sales by nursing your customers
• Ensure customer loyalty Defining new ways to help the shops grow through Miinto
• Promoting new b2b reordering concept between brands and shops

You will work at the headquarter in Copenhagen, where you will meet plenty of energy from your motivated colleagues. Most of your sales work will be via the phone/computer - and you will visit Swedish potential and exciting partners shops and brands, participate in events & exhibitions, well-planned and in clusters (one week from time to time).

Personal skills & qualitiesYou have a few years of phone and account sales experience on the Swedish market. It would be a great advantage if you have phone sales experience preferably from the fashion and/or retail industry, or alternatively in the IT, telecom sector or the like.  

You have an outgoing personality and like talking to people, giving them advantageous business propositions and closing deals. You like to take responsibility, are ambitious and get a kick by reaching your KPI's. And you like to have fun and have a positive approach to challenges in your daily work.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, and have good communication and presentation skills.

You will be part of a young international and ambitious sales team who will be inspiration for you and always be ready for sparring. They value a fun, open and creative environment. You will also cooperate with your sales colleagues in Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands.
