Take on this new position and make a strong impact on our global travel retail channel strategy. Travelling up to 100 days a year, this is a unique opportunity to learn about our global markets and build on your business understanding, as you cooperate across cultures, functions and seniority. Drive customer relations In this new Account Manager position, you join four colleagues in Travel Retail, a separate sales unit within the LEGO® Nordic Benelux Baltics sales organisation. As a team, we operate in very diverse and exciting global market areas to grow and expand the presence of LEGO Products in duty free channels across EMEA and APAC. Your primary tasks will be to roll-out our strategy by collaborating with existing and new customers and thereby taking our business to a new level. In this way, you will: Become responsible for a number of customers and build our presence in selected new areas Develop and implement our channel strategy, improving our instore presence and branding Further develop the relationship and cooperation with our key customers in order to provide insights into our channel and to ensure the roll-out of our strategy Take part in assortment planning and develop planograms for our customers Assist the team with ad hoc tasks within sales, marketing and operations Changing the world - brick by brick The toy category is not a standard category within Travel Retail business, so you join a team that continuously collects insights and learn by being open-minded and curious in order to develop our business in this channel. We do this while we stay true to the values of the LEGO Group, bringing the LEGO Play to children, all of whom deserve to have fun and learn through play. Commercially minded generalist with an urge to travel If you have a strong drive to succeed, the ability to act independently and want to deliver customised solutions that cater for very different needs, you will fit in perfectly. In our small team, you will get a key role in driving our continued success, as you establish strong collaborations with customers and other stakeholders across cultures and countries, both internally and externally. You do so as a great colleague, who is eager to learn, yet not afraid to challenge our ways of working. Your qualifications: You have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position, and any knowledge of the Travel Retail sector is an advantage You are a generalist with a commercial background rather than a specialist, as you will be covering both sales, marketing and logistics related tasks You are somewhat of an expert in Excel and PowerPoint You are able to and would love to travel 50-100 days per year, and you speak and write English fluently Bringing it to life "Join our exciting LEGO Travel Retail Department and help us bring our wonderful, inspiring products into the hands of children all over the world," says Annette Rosendahl, Senior Manager, Travel Retail.
