Randers Kommune søger 2 Administrative medarbejdere. Visitationsafdelingen i Randers Kommune, sundhed- og ældreområde søger 2 medarbejdere, med arbejdstid 30-35 timer, tiltrædelse snarest mulig. Du skal løse opgaver på boligområdet, kropsbårne hjælpemidler, løn -og ferie- indberetning, telefonpasning, referater, bogføring og regnskab, være tovholder på visitation til ældre- og plejeboliger. Arbejdsopgaverne er blandede, og du skal være villig til at samarbejde og tage ansvar for udvikling af opgaverne. Nyt boligstyringssystem benyttes og vejledninger og grundlag er på vej, hvilket du skal medvirke til implementeres. God borgerbetjening en selvfølge.
