Then you may be the person we are looking for to take up a position as Administrative Assistant in Safety Surveillance which is vacant for immediate employment. Safety Surveillance is a functional area within Global Safety with the global responsibility for the surveillance of all safety information for Novo Nordisk’s investigational and marketed products ensuring patient safety. About the department You will be part of the team of four Safety Surveillance Assistants located in Safety Surveillance Biopharm who provide administrative support across Safety Surveillance for management and employees in a multi-cultural environment. The job The key responsibilities concern the budget activities such as monthly follow-up reports for management, tracking of training and travel activities, processing invoices and expense reports, planning the purchase of IT equipment and preparing for budget updates. These activities are done in close collaboration with the VP assistant. In collaboration with your team colleagues, you will support management and employees across the organisation with general administrative services. Qualifications You have an administrative education or hold a bachelor degree with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience. The position requires a financial understanding and solid experience within budgeting processes and controls. You are experienced with SAP, a proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel) and find it easy to master new IT systems. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken. Previous working experience with various IT systems like ICE and Concur is an advantage. As a person you are a completer with a structured approach to your responsibilities. You work independently, but also value the importance of being part of a team. For your deliverables, ownership and quality are a must. You have excellent communication skills and can interact with people at different levels within an organisation. You are able to adapt to changes and can prioritise your work as required.
