Administrative Assistant (maternity cover) for support in assessments of offshore wind projects

Do you want to provide the necessary support when we’re assessing future wind farms and new markets?

Join us and become our new Administrative Assistant in Project Assessment where you’ll be responsible for managing our documents, ensuring that meeting invitations are in place and taking meeting notes when we assess future wind farm projects and new markets.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• handle information flow for assessment of projects and be responsible for document set-up, including working with Pondus, SAP and DORECO
• perform final QA of the language and format of our project assessment documents and inform stakeholders when documents are ready
• ensure that the necessary meeting bookings are in place, administer participant lists and take meeting notes
• perform general support within the market development areas.

 

Your competences include that you

• have a relevant administrative education
• speak and write English fluently
• are interested in understanding the technical aspects of wind power projects and communicating the conclusions and assumptions
• are comfortable with handling confidential information
• are comfortable working with Excel.
•  

In addition, you exhibit good collaborative skills and enjoy working with colleagues with different professional backgrounds. You have a proactive approach to your work tasks and are able to create good relationships in your team and with your stakeholders.
