- Quality - Denmark - Bagsværd Highly professional and well implemented IT quality assurance is a key to success with IT for Novo Nordisk A/S. For our IT QA Office department we are looking for an Advanced IT Quality Advisor (IT QA) to join our team of 10 IT QAs. About the department IT QA Office is part of the Corporate IT QA department under Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk A/S, which employs approximately 400 highly skilled IT professionals in Denmark and India. IT QA Office is responsible for IT quality assurance of strategic IT systems, projects and infrastructure used globally in Novo Nordisk. The department also serves as competence center for IT quality assurance throughout Novo Nordisk. The job As Advanced IT Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for quality assurance of one or more corporate IT systems, projects and infrastructure. This covers activities ranging from advising on quality planning, approving quality related deliverables, to the release of the system for use in Novo Nordisk and the subsequent operation and maintenance hereof. The work requires close collaboration with the system managers or project management teams and stakeholders in line of business. The position offers a unique possibility to work with quality assurance in a global IT organisation and develop your skills within quality assurance further. Qualifications The position requires significant insight into key IT processes, e.g. software engineering, quality management, project management, change and configuration management, IT security, risk management, testing and auditing. Preferably you have worked with Infrastructure Qualification either as ITQA or as specialist. The Advanced IT Quality Advisor should also demonstrate solid insight into business processes in the pharmaceutical industry from Product Supply to Research & Development. Furthermore solid understanding of European and US regulatory requirements to computer validation and a quality mind-set is a prerequisite for an Advanced IT Quality Advisor. We expect you to take full ownership for your work and have a strong sense for meeting objectives and deliver high quality. You thrive with stakeholder interaction and you are able to present complex matters in a clear and precise way. You are considered an enthusiastic and committed team player, and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humour. You hold a degree in a relevant subject, preferably with a strong IT substance, and have at least 5 years’ experience from similar positions.
