For our Service Technology department we are looking for an Advanced Key-user who can support and drive a successful implementation of our PLM system, TeamCenter. Additionally the person will be responsible for developing associated processes that supports system implementation and the required master data quality. What are my responsibilities? Perform 1st level support to TeamCenter users (Regional and in-country users) Training of new and existing employees in TeamCenter Analyze and prioritize TeamCenter change requests from the business towards IT Ensure TeamCenter is configured and set up accordance to regional business requirements, and represent the region in the development and implementation of TeamCenter DMS, MRO and other functionalities Engage actively in our Global Key-user Community Develop the business and associated processes, systems and procedures that support full configuration control of the turbine BoM 20-30 days of travel activities must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a Bachelor degree or higher within IT, business development or the like. You have strong process, system and data understanding, including experience with system design and roll out. Knowledge of TeamCenter is preferred. You thrive with a combination of operational and developmental tasks You quickly find your position in a global and highly dynamic environment. You have good people skills and easily find your role in a team. Furthermore, you possess excellent English skills both verbally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
