Quality is a core element in our IT projects’ deliverables related to our critical IT systems across Novo Nordisk. About the department You will join R&D Project Execution, which is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk A/S. Corporate IT employs more 300 highly skilled IT professionals in Copenhagen. The area is responsible for managing and delivering major IT Projects in Novo Nordisk including quality related activities such as quality planning, quality strategy for the project and approach, risk management, reviews, test management, follow-up, reporting and approval of documentation in co-operation with the Novo Nordisk IT QA persons. The job Your assignment will be on one or more projects where you will join the Computer Validation team where you will participate in our critical IT projects as Quality and test responsible. You will work closely together with the Project Management and Novo Nordisk QA, to determine the right quality strategy and subsequently, ensure that project deliverables are of the right quality and in accordance with internal and external quality requirements. You will typically act as a validation responsible/test manager and you will also be involved in training and coaching of your colleagues in the project. The project teams are usually based in the Copenhagen area near Bagsværd, and consist of both line of business and IT colleagues. Travel activities can be expected. Qualifications You are dedicated with a quality mind-set. You have 2-3 years of experience within quality, preferably from IT companies, the pharmaceutical industry or the finance sector. You have a strong sense of responsibility for meeting objectives, are familiar with GxP requirements and you are considered an enthusiastic and engaging team player with a positive attitude. You enjoy working in projects, where you have one or more full project life-cycle experiences. You are prepared to work with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humour. You hold a relevant academic degree or have completed another relevant education. Good written and oral communication skills in English are a prerequisite.
