Ældrecenteret Ammershøjparken søger 1 ny kollega til vores boenhed, for svært demente beboere. Stillingen er en SSA/SSH i aftenvagt på 28 timer pr. uge. Har du en sundhedsfaglig uddannelse, er du dygtig til dit fag, har du en positiv tilgang til livet og er du generelt et harmonisk menneske, så vil Ældrecenteret Ammershøjparken gerne tilbyde dig en stilling. Ældrecenteret Ammershøjparken er beliggende i Kirke Hyllinge i Lejre Kommune. Det består af 5 huse, hvor der bor 10-12 dejlige ældre mennesker i hvert hus. Centeret er 9 år gammelt, og plejeprincipperne bygger på Leve & Bo konceptet, hvor beboernes hverdagsliv er omdrejningspunktet, med udgangspunkt i den enkeltes behov og ressourcer. Borgernes velbefindende ligger alle på sinde, om du er administrativ, leder eller plejemedarbejder. Ældrecenteret er organiseret således at medarbejdergrupperne i høj grad er bygget op i medstyrende teams. Følgende stilling er ledig pr. 01/08-2014: - SSA/SSH i aftenvagt 28 timer pr. uge, med arbejde hver anden weekend i lige uger.
