Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for an After Sales coordinator for a 10 month maternity cover. The position is an internal sales function with focus on after sales service for our Star Cool reefer machine. Key Responsibilities As After Sales coordinator your main working areas will be: After sales order handling – inquiries, invoicing and debtor follow up. After sales logistics and planning – distribution planning, demand analysis and forecasts. Data maintenance Implement and follow up on KPI’s. Who we are looking for The ideal candidate has an education within logistic or planning like a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor in International Business or similar. You have a couple of years working experience and knowledge about ERP system and perhaps even M3. Further, it is an advantage if you have experience within both logistics and customer service or internal sales. As a person you are a well-organized and detail oriented self-starter, who takes responsibility. It is important that you are service minded and are open to meet and interact with customers and colleagues. Good English skills, both written and spoken, are a requirement.
