Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. More importantly, we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work. The Service department is responsible for the service and maintenance of the wind turbines within Northern Europe. Responsibilities: As Service After Sales engineer you will be responsible for handling the service after sales process: Service management support on business case creation and presentation. After sales general direct and indirect to customer. Coordinate VOE Vestas online Enterprise deployment in all Vestas Northern Europe regions. Coordinate Lifetime extension KW turbines. Coordinate new after sales products. Sell spare parts in special occasions. Conduct customer negotiations on optimization solutions. Capture customer requirements. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Qualifications: On a personal level you are/have: Turbine experience is preferable. Evidence of influencing and negotiating skills. Intercultural mindset and understanding. Strong bias for action (task oriented). Systematic and organized approach to work. Flexible and adaptable, change orientation. On a professional level you are/have: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, technical education or extensive experience in a similar role. Experience within a comparable environment, focused on the operational and commercial development. Experience in dealing with customers. Knowledge of the Wind Industry would be advantageous. Proficient of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage. What we offer: We are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.
