About the department

Corporate Facilities is part of Business Services & Compliance in Novo Nordisk, and we are responsible for handling facility services, building maintenance, and real estate management. In the Business Support team we drive processes and strategic projects ensuring that our Line of Business can focus on their core responsibilities.

In Business Support we add value by understanding the business’ needs and act according to these with our functional expertise, challenging mind-set and pro-active attitude. We work closely together with other corporate functions, technical specialists in our service centres, and senior stakeholders across the organisation. We do invest significantly in developing our employees through sparring, feedback, and by giving a high level of responsibility to individuals.
 

 

The job

As our new colleague, you will be driving projects with measurable business impact primarily within quality management and consolidation of energy data to begin with, but along the way other projects will come along. Driving projects across our organisation also includes challenging and consolidating data, identifying business development opportunities, new simplification and optimization projects and presenting findings directly to management.

You will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels and therefore, the complexity will be high. You will drive complex analysis and projects where the detail needs to be in place without ever missing the bigger picture. While driving various projects you will also be responsible for setting up governance structures and monthly reporting.

Finally, you will be an active team member who supports your colleagues when needed. This obviously goes both ways, but is essential as we are a smaller group working with diverse areas.

 

Qualifications

You hold a Master’s degree in business, engineering, IT or comparable area and have experience as a project manager, consultant, business analyst or similar. You thrive in an ambitious environment where results are important and you can work independently.

As a person you are known for your integrity and your strong interpersonal skills enabling you to create trust with your stakeholders. You are pro-active and you possess a strong personal drive ensuring timely delivery of a high quality. You understand complexity and know how to make it simple and understandable to people of different cultural and educational backgrounds at all levels in our organisation. At the same time you need to be a quick learner as projects change over time.

In addition to being fluent in English you also need to understand Danish and speak a Scandinavian language fluently.
