We are looking for an Analyst to contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our buying processes.

The team

You will become part of an agile team of highly skilled cross-functional colleagues working on BESTSELLER's sourcing and buying solutions. We are a team of analysts and developers, each with insights about various aspects of our products, technologies and engineering practices.

Together, we always search for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions. At the moment, one of our primary focus areas is the re-engineering of some of our key processes with the purpose of making a significant leap in terms of business capabilities.

In BESTSELLER IT the atmosphere is more like that of a start-up than an IT department with hundreds of colleagues. We have rapid decision processes, there is room for experimenting with new technologies, and we move fast from idea to execution.

The job

As Analyst, you support the business by contributing to the continued development the IT solutions and business processes with the buying area. By analysing the business, the processes and the systems, you identify the needs of the business and translate this into solutions that we can develop and implement.

You collaborate closely with your team and focus most of your efforts on engaging with internal business stakeholders across all of BESTSELLER's brands to ensure that the solutions counter their challenges and enable them to grasp new opportunities.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Contributing to the design and development of IT solutions and processes under guidance of the Product Owner and Scrum Master
• Supporting the team and the business stakeholders in actively seeking and identifying improvement areas and initiating improvement projects and activities
• Contributing to the execution of the team's backlog to bring us closer to our product vision
• Contributing to handing the solutions over to the business in the best way possible through conducting the necessary training and providing 3rd level support.

Your profile

You are an outgoing and independent person with a high professional drive, enabling you to find optimal solutions for your tasks. You work in a structured and determined manner and you always strive to exceed expectations and meet deadlines with a focus on quality.

Being part of a small, dynamic agile team, it comes natural to you to share your knowledge and to inspire and support your colleagues. You contribute constructively to team discussions, and you enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems together. With a strong analytical mind-set and solid communication skills, you easily get your message across in a clear and respectful way, which enables you to build relations and communicate with colleagues across functions and organisational levels.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant academic degree, e.g. within supply chain, business, information technology or information science
• You have strong analytic skills and a solid understanding of business processes
• You have an in-depth understanding of IT solutions, and it comes naturally for you to work with IT
• You're excited about the opportunity to join an agile organisation and becoming part of an autonomous team
• Strong presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English - any Danish skills are considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
