For our Product Integrity & Warranty Management team, we are looking for an Application & Business Intelligence Manager. 

As Application & Business Intelligence Manager you identify current and new risk areas by interacting with regional sales organizations and internal subject matter experts. You tap into lessons learned from project execution while at the same time continuously ensuring that the application is developed to fit the needs of the business, with special focus on Warranty Risk management. 

This is a central position interfacing to nearly all parts of the organization and you should therefore expect a steep learning curve in a dynamic international environment.  

What are my responsibilities?
As Application & Business Intelligence Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and further development of the application used to facilitate the technical approval process. More specifically you will have the responsibility to: 

• Technical Approval: Application:
• Coordinate the business service support of the system with IT and/or external vendors
• Coordinate new development work to be performed by the internal developers
• Provide 1st level support to end-users
• Perform expert training on overall application design and functionality
• Ensure data quality management
• Technical Approval: Reporting:
• Analyse data to provide insights to the business via concise and value-adding reports
• Replace and phase out outdated BI-systems as the usage of the Technical Approval Application usage expands within the organization.

• Automate interfaces to other approval process applications. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You probably have a master’s degree within the area of Business Intelligence or IT or the like
• You have 3-5 years’ experience within Business Intelligence and handling of associated database systems
• You are a proactive networker and have strong stakeholder management skills
• You know how to communicate at different management levels, with the IT- and engineering departments
• Your English proficiency is at a professional level, both orally and in writing 

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
