We are looking for an application supporter for the global support team in our Group IT department. The job is based in ECCO Group Headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark. With the possibility to influence and add significant value to ECCO’s challenging growth plans, the role will allow you to establish lasting relationships within a dynamic, ambitious and global company. You will be a proactive and central player in a strong, multinational office. Since English is the corporate language, we expect that you master it in both writing and speech. Job Profile: As supporter, your main responsibilities will include: Support our end-users with problems and queries relating to the application software Handling of; Calls and incidents, Service requests, Minor change requests & Complaints. Participate in problem management teams Participate in end-user training Create and maintain documentation and training materials Contribute actively to all aspects of continuous improvement processes and initiatives Participate in application projects (knowledge-transfer, quality assurance and gate-keeping) Minor travel activities as part of project go-live support outside Denmark Qualifications and Work Experience: Since SAP is the central IT foundation for ECCO’s business value chain, it is essential that you are experienced in supporting SAP and experience in using service management systems as well. As a person: You are very structured and able to prioritize tasks, You have the ability to engage in close sparring with team members and the customer, You thrive in a fast-paced environment with managing several on-going assignments/projects, You have an analytical approach to tasks and focus on what is relevant to reach the goals set, You have good written and verbal communication skills. You are able to work in an informal environment & conditions.
