Engineering Solutions design and deliver standardized and modular systems, modules and components that can be easily integrated in our manufacturing environments, meeting functional, BOM cost and schedule targets while resuming end-to-end product ownership for turbine systems across the complete life cycle. The department Architecture & Innovation is in control of overall Generic Modular Architecture definition across all platforms. This involve engagement of gross functional cooperation within the full value chain. The control imply definition, execution and governance of interface management and overall WTG architecture. The department is involved in the full design process from scoping to delivering the overall design definition to platform projects. The department is involved in review process and focus on quality and a strong product in respect to dimensional management and modularization. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities and tasks will be; Development of Generic Modular Architecture across Module & Systems. Define and lock functional interfaces across electrical system & Modules. Participate in a functional team that look into standardization opportunities within electrical area. Build a shared understanding of the specific tools within scope, concept development of electrical systems Deliver on target for quality and capability of developed systems and components Act as Technical Lead in new Tech projects (setting the technical direction in development project and being responsible for taking the technical decisions when required, involving many technical disciplines and areas of competence) Cooperate and coordinate with other departments within Engineering Solutions and involve the full value chain Mentoring, coaching and instruction of less experienced/new colleagues Perform technical review of documentation and design/drawings Drive integration test and commissioning of new turbines. Qualifications: Electrical Engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc) Experience within Six Sigma green/black belt is an advantage. Competencies: You have minimum 5 years of medium to large scale overall engineering experience as a driver in the development of a highly complex product. You have been exposed to a variety of engineering disciplines and competencies You have experience with panel design and high voltage systems You are structured, open minded and self-motivated You are decisive and can drive and shape tasks You have high proficiency in English You have good communication and technical writing skills.
