Here is a great opportunity to join Ramboll and take on a position where you will participate in the development of architectural competencies and services within Pharma Facility Design including design of Cleanrooms, Laboratories and Containment Facilities. Your responsibilities as an Architect for Pharma Facility Design As an architect working in Pharma Facility Design you will typically hold the role as lead architect, architect in command or specialist in relevant projects as related to your key competencies within the business segment. Depending on your key competencies and preferred area of specialities you could as an example have the following project related role and responsibility: •Process architect holding the architectural lead position during the initial project phases Conceptual Brief and Conceptual Design responsible for the overall conceptual design studies, flow analysis, overall functional layout dispositions and building design •Cleanroom and/or containment architect holding the position as architect in command throughout all project phases responsible of the architectural design deliveries and interdisciplinary coordination in relevant projects Or as specialist holding the positions as consultant with clients and/or in projects responsible for front end services and supervision Or as designer of complex detailed design solutions within cleanroom and containment facility design •Laboratory architect holding the position as architect in command throughout all project phases responsible of the architectural design deliveries and interdisciplinary coordination in connection in relevant projects Or as specialist holding the positions as consultant with clients and/or in projects responsible for front end services and supervision Or as designer of complex detailed design solutions within laboratory facility design •Process coordinator during the initial design phases of relevant projects e.g. conducting user involvement processes and programming (URS,RS) You and your competencies You are educated as an architect, constructing architect or similar - preferably with some years of experience working with facility programming, planning and design to the pharmaceutical industry, research & development area or the healthcare- and educational sectors. You have a strong client focus and are eager to contribute to optimized work processes as well as delivery of the best possible final product. Furthermore you are interested in being part of a dynamic inter-disciplinary work environment recognized by a high degree of engagement and passion working within a highly specialized field of consultancy services. Relevant professional competencies and areas of interest to supplement and complete our services and deliveries to our pharma customers could be the following: •Master planning and overall conceptual design studies for production facilities •Design of cleanrooms including e.g. GMP classification planning and work flow analysis •Design of laboratories including e.g. programming of advanced laboratory facilities •Design of containment facilities including e.g. risk assessment connected to Bio- and/or chemical safety and security •Supervision and follow up activities during construction •General programming including user involvement processes •Specialized consultancy e.g. GMP facility compliance assessment, Human Factor Design •Give lectures, article writing etc. It would be preferred if you have GMP understanding and/ or experience of working with Containment design – but it is not a requirement. Good communication and collaboration skills will be an advantage.
