Are you organised, highly motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities? Then you may be the new area training supporter in Pilot Operations, Device Manufacturing Development. About the department The position is in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), a young project organisation comprising more than 250 engaged employees that strive to be the best manufacturing development partner of medical devices. Our dedication is to build superior quality into device products. Our challenge is to execute a portfolio of diverse development projects and bring the devices fast to market. You will be a part of the department Pilot Operations. Pilot Operations handles all operational activities through the whole supply chain from purchasing of materials to delivery of finished products to our affiliates. Our main task is to support new product introduction by maturing the manufacturing process of new high quality devices. The job You will join a dynamic department consisting of five teams handling logistics, production and laboratories, where you will play a central role in ensuring that training is assigned and documented. Working in close collaboration with the different associate managers and members of their teams, you will design and implement our department’s new system for competence management and training documentation in accordance with Product Supply’s operational training standard. Once established, the system must be maintained to ensure compliance and alignment with both new and existing training requirements. This task includes planning, coordinating and registering training and education activities in our IT systems, including CM system, ISOtrain and LearnIT. Therefore, working with administrative IT systems is a significant part of your daily job. As member of the cross organisational training coordinator group you handle and ensure that training is consistent with Novo Nordisk’s training procedures which you also implement. Moreover, you are the driving force behind DMD’s training committee that identifies the department’s educational requirements. This includes contact to the external education system and the unions. The right candidate for the job will be able to achieve that our competence management and training documentation system becomes a golden standard and an inspiration for other departments in Product Supply looking to improve their training systems. Qualifications Your educational background can be one of many, but it is essential that you have several years of relevant experience with administration and coordination preferably within training and education. GMP knowledge and LEAN experience are a plus. As a person you work systematically, take initiative and get the job done. You are the kind of person who can work on your own and across teams. Moreover, you possess strong interpersonal skills and you are good at building relations to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
