Then you might be the new Area Training Supporter in Device Manufacturing & Sourcing. About the department Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) produce and source components for medical devices that are highly valued by patients all over the world. You will be a part of DMS’ Business Support, a department delivering first class, customer focused support enabling successful strategy deployment and optimization of the daily business in all areas of DMS. As Area Training Supporter you will join DMS Training Support – a team of highly dedicated training supporters and coordinators delivering services within training, learning and competence management. The job As Area Training Supporter in DMS you will be offered the unique opportunity to contribute to what has been identified as best practice within training and standards in Novo Nordisk’s global production. The position as Area Training Supporter requires management of highly prioritised training and standardisation projects. You will act as a change agent interacting with a lot of different stakeholders. In this regard you will drive workshops, coach and train managers, trainers and process supporters to further develop the training system and culture in DMS where we strive for stable processes, continuous improvements and never compromise on quality or safety. A key part of your responsibility will be to act as a local training expert, proactively guiding and educating stakeholders to identify the best match between job tasks, written standards and training methods. You will master these methods yourself and know by heart that great standards, excellent training, and respect for every individual create the very foundation for success and continuous improvement. As a member of DMS Training Support you are also a team player, contributing to strong collaboration and further development of the team’s LEAN journey. Thus, you play an active role at the daily team performance meetings through identifying problems and participating in the elimination of their root causes via systematic problem solving. Qualifications You have experience within project management and know how to make cultural changes by coaching, motivating and inspiring people. You hold a master degree within psychology, educational studies or a similar field. It is not a prerequisite but a major advantage if you have experience with LEAN – especially LEAN coaching – and/or cGMP and ISO 9000. As a person you are outgoing, positive and first and foremost you have and endless desire to learn and develop. By nature you take lead and initiative to meet and solve the challenges you face. Your interpersonal skills are excellent and you get a kick out of optimizing work methods and solve problems. You are very good at planning and prioritizing between many tasks and you take pride in sticking to agreed deadlines and keeping the customer’s perspective in mind.
