For our Danish Global Shared Services HR front office we are looking for a service-minded and competent HR Advisor to provide and execute administrative HR services to our internal customers across the business. You will be joining a dedicated and enthusiastic team in a recently established shared service center with focus on providing excellent customer service in accordance with our regulations and guidelines. Our services include administrative support ranging from i.e. maintenance of employee information in HR IT systems, payroll administration, compensation and benefit transactions, training administration, global mobility and travel expenses to providing support to HR IT applications. What are my responsibilities? · Executing a wide range of HR administrative tasks covering the entire employee life cycle · Being single point of contact regarding administrative HR support to our internal customers · Handling telephone calls or queries and maintaining the communication with the customer · Providing competent and excellent HR services to our internal customers · Promoting and encouraging self-service capabilities by coaching and advising the customers · Contributing to continuous improvement processes in order to develop our quality · Preparing documentation for further processing What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have expert level knowledge of HR business policies, procedures and processes · You are able to understand the relevant parts of labor laws · You are familiar with the employee life cycle · You are an advanced IT user of MS Office, SAP HR or other HRIS programs · You have excellent communication skills in Danish and English both orally and in writing · You have a friendly and outgoing personality · You are a dedicated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills · You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your tasks · You are committed to accommodating the customers’ needs In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know? Siemens HR is handling assignments for all Siemens entities in Denmark and providing service for approximately 6,500 employees. We are advising, developing and executing all sorts of HR tasks such as recruitment, organizational and people development, payroll and personnel administration. The department currently consists of 120 dedicated employees and we operate from offices in Ballerup, Brande, Nordborg, Vejle and Aalborg.
