About the job

At this exciting time, we are looking for an Asset Management Specialist to be responsible for structuring asset management activities in our organization.

Your main tasks will be to

• drive and support the development and maintenance of the internal SAP-based asset management process, which includes assets register, performance, residual life monitoring, long term maintenance and refurbish­ment plan
• collaborate with the maintenance departments towards the implementation and continual improve­ment of the asset management policies and procedures
• interact with customers, partners, and suppliers in relation to technical matters
• coordinate and support design reviews and field testing
• assist in developing training documentation and other asset management material
• consolidate and share technological base of knowledge throughout the organisation
• complete implementation projects and participate in presentations as needed.

We expect that you

• have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or an equivalent technical background
• have deep knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP/IBM Maximo)
• have knowledge of maintenance processes and asset management
• are familiar with related business standards (e.g. ISO 55000:2014)
• are familiar with Operation and Maintenance documentation requirements and content (O&M Manuals, parts catalogues, asset lists, etc.)
• are proficient in the Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Outlook, Project, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• are proficient in both written and spoken English.

Further, it will be an advantage if you have experience from the railway industry or knowledge of railway technologies and techniques.
