Then you may be the new Associate Manager in Sourcing Operations for Flow & Standardization in Bagsværd. About the department Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is the inbound supply chain unit in Product Supply, responsible for purchasing, quality control, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. You will report to the department manager of Business Support, and join 20 dedicated colleagues. The Job Your team of 6 highly skilled and engaged employees work hard every day to improve the material flows, training setup and cLEAN and quality processes in SoOp. The team will enable the entire CVP area to create process stability and outcome reliability through implementation of the cLEAN strategy and business plan of the unit. The position as Associate Manager is newly established, and a key task will be to ensure a fully integrated approach across cLEAN, quality and training efforts, in order to gain utmost value of SoOps standardization journey. You and your team will on a daily basis work with the CVP management team, and interact with stakeholders throughout the organisation. The 3 Flow Managers in the team run the cross-organizational flow boards ensuring that material flows run optimally in SoOp, and are the main drivers of the daily CVP board. You will be part of the Business Support Management team and thus play a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the unit. The successful candidate will additionally be co-driving the strategic processes for the CVP area such as strategy development and Business Review preparation and conduction. Qualifications You hold a relevant academic degree and have extensive experience with making strategies and concepts come alive in a shop floor context. You are an excellent communicator who naturally navigates effectively among multiple and diverse stakeholders on all parts of the organisation. You understand organizational dynamics and how to create sustainable changes in a busy organization. You have min. 3 years of leadership and/or project/process management experience. You know that in order for you to be successful you have to empower and engage your team to achieve their best. You have a strong personal drive enabling you to persistently pursue your goals and achieve results in a challenging environment.
