Do you have a strong quality mindset combined with a wish to provide broad support in IT quality management? Then you could be our new Associate Manager for IT System Management in Sourcing Operations (SoOp) within Devices & Supply Chain Management. About the department Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is the inbound supply chain unit in Product Supply, responsible for purchasing, quality control, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. You will report to the department manager of Business Support, and join the leadership team of Business Support together with managers of the Data & Projects team and the Flow & Standardization team. The Job As Associate Manager for IT System Management, you will manage a team of 5-7 system managers. Your responsibility will be to ensure operation and maintenance of all the GxP critical IT systems located and used in different departments in SoOp. It is the responsibility of the team to ensure that the IT systems are in compliance with internal and external requirements (according to health authorities) to ensure the validated state. You will supervise the team and guide to professionalize operation and maintenance of the IT systems, including identification of new requirements to the systems. You will together with the system managers manage the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of the IT systems. Your success will be measured upon both people engagement in the team as well as customers' satisfaction with your ability to deliver system management in accordance to expectations. Our local systems primarily span across laboratory systems and warehousing/inventory management systems. In Devices & Supply Chain Management we have strong focus on ensuring the right level of IT compliance. In order to professionalize the IT system management in the area of SoOp, it has been decided to consolidate the system managers into one dedicated team. A key contribution in the first year will be to establish and mature the new team, while delivering on an ambitious agenda. After that, the key success criteria will be to ensure stable deliveries out of the team such as maintenance of documentation, security patching, user reviews, life cycle management, etc. Qualifications You have a strong background within IT management and people management. Preferably with experience from the pharmaceutical industry and experience with automation in production. You have a relevant educational background, along with 5-10 years of working experience. As a person you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mindset, you enjoy to coach the team and to provide professional sparring. You like working with stakeholders of different professions, and it is natural for you to take lead on key improvement activities, as well as presenting and reporting the progress to management.
