About the department You will join Purification Plant (PP) handling purification of insulin. PP has a very strong leadership team where cooperation and a “can do” attitude are key requirements. Novo Nordisk, Kalundborg, is a city within the city and is located only a good hours drive from Copenhagen. In Kalundborg 50 % of the insulin used in the world is produced and we are at the leading edge of the development within technology, systems, methods and processes. The job We are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills, who are able to lead the teams to deliver high quality services and documentation alongside stable operations to production.The jobs entail activities and responsibilities for operations servicing four purification factories. Hence, good stakeholder management, clear communication and standardised processes will be a prerequisite for your success in the positions. As Associate Manager you will be an important key player driving your team and hereby ‘Purification Plants’ towards new great results.You will inspire, guide and set direction for your employees making it clear what targets to pursue, why their efforts are important and how they work efficiently and in compliance with the standards. Qualifications You have a master degree within engineering or similar and managerial experience. You have experience with GMP, production management any of the production support processes mentioned and consider yourself capable in managing a highly skilled specialist team.You have a passion for developing the team and being a visible and dynamic leader in the day to day business.You thrive in a changing environment where the goals are ambitious and the complexity is high.
