Are you a dedicated and structured associate marketing manager with skills in project management? Do you have the ability, desire and drive to support The LEGO Group in elevating marketing effectiveness? Further shape the marketing effectiveness agenda Your overall responsibility is to improve marketing effectiveness. You will join 13 colleagues in the Brand Development and Marketing Management department and work in a global, cross-functional project team. Your main mission will be to support the project team in successfully implementing a unified approach to effective marketing. More specifically, you: Support executing the project within the overall recommended framework, project plan, budget as well as making relevant decisions within this frame, in close collaboration with the project lead Act as the overall support to the team, i.e. create project plans, lead the delivery of activities, prepare trainings/ workshops and deliver strong support to the roll-out phase Be an active part of conducting the Change Management journey within the TLG and follow-up on the realization of quick wins and long term benefits, stated in the Business Case Secure an ongoing dialogue with and sign-off by the Steering Group, markets, IT, Finance etc. Are a member of the Global Marketing Effectiveness Team to pro-actively build topic knowledge, network externally and share knowledge internally Travel 30-40 days per year Connected community We are a family owned business that offers a supportive, collaborative network and team structure.
