Develop global communication assets by ensuring campaigns and messaging In this maternity cover you will join the WeDo Portfolio team in the Elementary Marketing Group in LEGO Education. The overall focus of the LEGO Education Elementary marketing team is product development and marketing of solutions for elementary classrooms with the goal of igniting learning in elementary grades. In the WeDo portfolio we are focusing primarily on Science, Technology and Engineering. Being part of a specialist team, you will mainly be working in a go-to-market role were your core responsibilities will be: Develop global communication assets like flyers, printing advertisements, catalogues, web content, videos etc. Drive communication development and implementation by ensuring campaigns and messages in the appropriative media. Ensure updated availability of assets for our external partners on our Partner site. Secure internal sharing of campaign efficiencies in close relation with the global team. Drive smaller tasks within product development to secure optimal product. Give input to new ways of going to market and constant market optimization. Ensure global campaign follow up to ensure marketing efficiency and learning. In this position, you will be challenged on our ability to secure global benchmark and stakeholder management internally as well as externally and you must balance an extrovert presenting role with internal process optimization and be the driver for both tasks. The global nature of your position takes you travelling approximately 10 days per year. Inherently you have a strong commercial, coordination and implementation set of skills to structure and persuasive in a collaborative way. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Besides enjoying developing and implementing campaigns and marketing events, you possess strong work ethics and are always ready to take on related practical tasks when needed. Are energized by delivering on time and is able to work in a structured way, maintaining the big overview. As a person are outgoing and your ability to interact, communicate and maintain networks across a large organisation is excellent. Have 1-3 years experience in marketing or a similar position in an international company. Preferably hold a Master degree within marketing and/or communication. Speak and write English proficiently.
