Join a global marketing department and help shape and transform the way we think about play experiences. Develop new marketing and communication strategies You will be based in Billund and join the global Marketing Department. Here, you will apply your marketing expertise and understanding of consumers and target groups to help launch new and innovative products and ways for children to play and create. As such, you will actively participate in the development of new technology products as well as take on the role as a true LEGO Ambassador, pushing the boundaries for new LEGO Experiences. Some of your specific tasks will be to: Gain a clear understanding of new product potential -both on the short and long term horizon - and create the communication materials in collaboration with the marketing team. Have close dialogue with the individual markets to insure they have what they need in terms of presentations, campaign toolbox overview, marketing content and assets etc. Lead and drive the creative agency deliveries according to briefs. You manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders, establishing alignment and ensuring project progress. Apply your business understanding, analytical and number crunching skills to help develop business cases - including financial scenarios. This also includes staying updated on the latest trends as well as monotoring our competitors´ moves. Innovative marketing professional with a global mind-set You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship or similar, and you have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience An international mind-set is necessary in this global role, and you probably have some international work or study experience. Therefore, you are fluent in English both written and spoken You are passionate about digital marketing and possess the analytical skills and business insights to consider all aspects that may be relevant to a marketing and communication approach As a person, you enjoy interacting with several colleagues and stakeholders as well as presenting to groups, challenging the status quo and winning people over Your drive and creative mind-set allows you to rethink common practices and dare to take risks as well as mobilise the greater organisation to innovate.
