Do you have what it takes to work with large-scale productions for a globally renowned brand? As Associate Producer, you work in our internal ad agency to produce original LEGO® Branded content for a global audience. Support the birth of content As Associate Producer, you join a department that is responsible for producing short and long-format content related to the LEGO Brand. Primarily, this includes films and series for broadcasting as well as the material released on LEGO.com, YOUTUBE and other media channels. Your main responsibilities are connected to time management, planning and following up in delivery schedules, just as you bridge campaign development teams with script writers and studios. Specifically, you take full responsibility for producing content for one or more product lines, and you: Create and maintain production plans, schedules and budgets in collaboration with production companies Keep the overview and control of deliveries and follow up on this to ensure that we deliver as promised Handle day-to-day stakeholder management between project managers, creative teams, writers and studios, just as you coordinate contracts with literary agents, managers and studios Identify and manage risk proactively as a daily part of managing productions Help us inspire children across the world Working with global creative communication and the LEGO Brand is both a calling and privilege. Experience from the media industry and excellent stakeholder management skills The challenge here is to navigate in an environment with many stakeholders. This requires excellent collaboration and communication skills, to ensure cross-functional coordination between everyone involved in your projects. These are formed in global partnerships, so you are flexible and able to conduct late night phone meetings with colleagues and partners abroad, e.g. in the US or China.
