Keep our trainers and customers updated In your new job, you will be part of Oticon’s Training Team, organizationally based in the Sales & Marketing Department. The team is responsible for all aspects of education and training in Oticon’s products, which is aimed towards our sales companies and customers. The training team interacts extensively with all parts of the organization and in particular with the Research and Development teams, in order to develop high quality training materials, conduct product introductions, and serve as the expert to our international sales companies. The main focus of your job is to ensure that our customers and trainers are always updated with the latest knowledge on how to use and fit our products and accessories. You do this by developing the proper and relevant educational/training tools, e.g. live sessions, webinars, e-learning, workshops or PP presentations. You will be faced with a variety of challenging tasks, and summed up you will: . Organize and develop training manuals and guides and course materials such as presentation, handouts and visual materials – as well as online training courses . Identify and assess training needs by conferring with relevant local stakeholders, managers and/or conducting surveys . Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur. The position is based in Oticon HQ, Smørum, Denmark. The duration of the maternity cover is 12 months. Audiologist with strong communication and presentation skills In order for you to be able to handle your new challenges, we expect you to hold a degree in audiology and have 2-3 years’ experience from fitting of hearing aids – preferably in a private clinic. As a person, you are extrovert and have strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, making you a good team player, with focus on knowledge sharing and networking. You have a general technical insight and curiosity and this in combination with your pedagogical mindset makes you capable of explaining complex matters in a down to earth manner. We expect you to be fluent in English and proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Want to join the team?
