We help our customers to build production facilities in Denmark and worldwide. You will join approx. 36 skilled and dedicated colleagues in our process automation department. We work with consultancy, development, implementation and validation of automation solutions for the pharma and biotech industries. We work in projects and base our solutions on a deep understanding of our customers’ production processes – and if standard components can’t do the job, we develop our own. The job At NNE Pharmaplan you will gain responsibility and find challenges that are outstanding in the pharma and biotech industries. As Automation Lead Engineer your overall focus is to assist our customers in selection of the right automation solutions. You will work within a broad range of process area within API production e.g. fermentation, recovery and purification. In overview your primary tasks will be: •advising customers in their selection of automation solutions •head up and be part of teams doing design, construction and commissioning/qualification of process control systems •ongoing dialogue with project management to ensure timely action on project issues •ongoing optimisations of standards and guidelines In the coming years, our customers need help to increase their production capacity and we can therefore offer a workplace with a unique potential to development future employees’ competencies while being part of a successful team. You will be part of a team that sets new standards within automation in the new pharma reality. Qualifications You have an engineering degree and experience within automation projects preferably within the pharmaceutical industry where you have worked under GMP and GAMP regulatory requirements. Regardless of your background, you bring a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience within automation and practical knowledge of PCS systems. This includes experience within a number of the following control systems: Sattline, 800xA, DeltaV/Syncade, PCS7, iFix/iHistorian/iBatch and PLC’s (Siemens, Allen Bradley). Personal qualifications You have a personal drive and are passionate about your work, and your experience has taught you that there is a solution to even the toughest problems – and with your innovative mind-set you can find it. Your communication skills enables you to establish a close and constructive dialogue with colleagues and clients in project related issues – and when you teach others in a broad variety of PCS setups and solutions.
