Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for new challenges in an ambitious and entrepreneurial environment?

Our current Base Maintenance Manager is retiring hence we are looking for our new Base Maintenance Manager to join us as soon as possible and take a central role as the manager of our base maintenance facilities in Sonderborg and Billund, Denmark

Your principal responsibilities:

As Base Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for meeting regulatory requirements within EASA Part 145 legislation.

• Allocation of resources including manpower to increase effectivity
• Overseeing production through daily co-ordination of maintenance activities
• Co-operate closely with Production Management to ensure timely completion of maintenance inputs
• Creating and implementing, along with the management team, future strategies for the maintenance organization
• Consolidate high productivity and quality throughout the maintenance processes
• Ensure aircraft maintenance is completed and documented in accordance with internal procedures and the applicable EASA and national requirements

Qualification:

It is a requirement that you can be approved as Base Maintenance Manager in accordance with AIC B34/2012. You must therefore:

• Have experience from similar position in the aviation industry
•  
• Be a trained aircraft technician, production engineer or hold a similar technical qualification

• Be fluent in both written and oral English

As responsible for Base Maintenance Part -145 wise, presence at all production locations is of course required. Majority of working days will be at the Skyways Technics HQ in Sonderborg.
