Do you want to work with Netflix and work abroad for minimum 6 months? Then you are the one we are looking for!
This is a great opportunity to combine living abroad with an exciting job in a colorful city. A sprawling metropolis, Riga offers you the opportunity to combine a cultural experience with vibrant city life.
Our customer, Transcom, is looking for employees for their customer service tasks team in Riga, Latvia. They are looking for people who are fluent in either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
Transcom has an informal and relaxed work environment, and your colleagues make up a high-spirited team with room for everybody.

Your tasks: - Receive calls from Netflix and Western Unions customers. - Handle account set-ups and answer questions about products etc. - Ad hoc tasks, such as typing and other administrative tasks
Your profile: You’re the right candidate if you: - Would like live abroad - Enjoy spending time on the phone - Would like nothing more than to be a provider of excellent customer service - Speak one of the following languages fluently: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
