And does the idea of participating in bringing Danfoss BI to the next level appeal to you? Then you could be the BI Change Manager we are looking for in Danfoss Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC) in Sønderborg. Danfoss BICC is a constantly developing organization with a strong footprint across Danfoss within Finance, Supply Chain Management and Sales & Marketing among others. BICC is the center for turning requests from the organization into solutions and services providing effectiveness and reliability through an extended customer focus. The department has a solid focus on deliverables, and high performance is therefore an important part of our mindset. It is vital to understand and perform stakeholder management since we are interacting with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. We are met by high expectations, and it is essential for us to understand our stakeholders’ business challenges in order to provide optimal support. Coordination, development & maintenance of the BI platform Your overall mission will be to participate in maintaining a high level of quality within all aspects of our deliverables. You will be responsible for the change management process from defining the scope, to preparation and execution of changes and delivery plans with focus on processes and solutions. You have the persistency, courage and skills necessary to be a strategic sparring partner to the business, describing business functionality needs and sharing business best practice – acknowledging the importance of loyalty towards the change management process. It will be among your key tasks to: •coordinate proposals for new business solutions supporting business needs with application architects and to report on status, initiatives, tasks and projects to relevant stakeholders •analyze and approve or decline change requests •contribute to business change management •support lead architect in regard to business blueprinting and ad hoc assignments •maintain and update all documented process descriptions in cooperation with country coordinators •plan and follow-up on approved changes Strong business professional with good communicative skills You possess exhaustive business insight and experience with e.g. SAP ERP and SAP BI, which makes you able to challenge the organisation on their request for changes to the process as well as the efficiency in existing solutions. During your career you have established a good network in the business, and you have proved to be a successful change manager – or have a strong wish to become one. You are motivated by results and by delivering high quality business solutions by involving the right people at the right time. You are well structured and act proactively. You are a natural when it comes to change and you are recognised as a creative and innovative motivator in projects. You hold good communicative skills and you can be persistent and convincing without being rigid.
