Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Global IT, Business Engagement, Center of Expertise Aarhus - Denmark The Center of Expertise (COE) is a department within Global IT in Vestas. COE ensures that business services and related solutions are appropriately designed, developed and optimized across their lifecycle and that the integrity of business services and related solutions are safeguarded. When development is handled by outsourcing partners COE interacts with sourcing partners / external vendors on development activities and related governance to maximize quality in the delivery and ensure safeguarding and gatekeeping of existing solutions. The Center of Expertise ensures continuous improvement and utilization of the use of the applications in order to maximize value and reduce risk. Currently COE employs approx. 55 highly skilled experts working with SAP, Infor XA, Microsoft and QDA. Responsibilities: • Identify, analyse and relate business demands to IT system capabilities in collaboration with the business in order to utilize Best Practices. •Facilitate collaboration between IT and external consultants/vendor in order to maximize use of system capabilities and internal knowledge upgrade. •Configure/build services according to Solution Design, compliant with Vestas IT development and architecture standards •Coordinate and conduct solution testing (i.e. Projects, Requests for Changes and 3rd level incident handling) •Develop and maintain appropriate documentation •Participate in rolling out of global standards and solutions to region/country within functional area •Contribute to global knowledge sharing activities within functional area •Coach & improve functional expertise of Senior Business Consultants. •Deliver consultancy services to the business. •Keeping up to date with technology within functional area Qualifications: •Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support SAP BPC Netweaver Edition and Business Warehouse/Intelligence Operational and Reporting solutions. •Design and develop data extracts from SAP and non-SAP systems •Data modeling of Operational Data Store and Info cube structures •Develop back-end design, construction and unit testing of the Info Cubes, Multi Cubes, and Info Packages and all back-end components as specified by end user requirements for reporting solutions •5 to 7 years of relevant experience required including 4 to 6 years of SAP BW programming, design and data modeling experience in 7.x and 2 to 3 years of SAP BPC (Netweaver Edition 7.0 or higher) application & template design, reporting and data transfer & transformation processing experience. •Experience in designing BPC application, dimensions, properties and maintenance with SAP BPC on Netweaver platform. •Experience in BPC application logic and data load packages. •Experience in designing and maintenance of BW objects, DataSource, InfoSource, DSO, Cube design and DTPs. •Knowledge of the SAP R/3 FI/CO modules is preferred •Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting process.
