Engineer applications based on a new big data platform We are at the beginning of our Big Data adventure, and along with our team of 8, you will assist in building our Big Data foundation. As Application Engineer, you will focus on our Supply Chain and Production to get us started well and: Work closely with the Big Data team in both business units and IT Secure that the functionality and design is performed according to technical best practise and LEGO Business requirements Support, implement and create solutions for Big Data within our Supply Chain and Production, covering sensor data and predictive maintenance Be responsible for utilising the right technology and the right architecture, and ensure data integrity, access and security in data models and when data is used The nature of your position takes you travelling 40 days per year, but initially your work is in Billund. There are several ways into this position. You could be experienced or you could be newly educated if your final thesis relates to the subject.
