Technology & Service Solutions, Engineering & Repair, CIM Engineering Responsibilities: Technical evaluation of new improvement cases Perform and/or lead Root Cause Analysis. Development of retrofit/ after sales solutions. Development of repair solutions. Participate in Service optimization activities. Technical support to Regional Engineering/Technical support departments. Provide input to future products. Technical review on future products. Qualifications: Blade engineer, B. Sc. or similar with blade experience. 5 year + experience within the wind power business with blades as your main area. Competencies: Good communication skills in English, as you will be working both with internal and external colleagues and partners in a global multi-cultural environment. You are pro- active and analytical. You are desire and ability to take a technical lead role in an improvement project.
