For our Quality department we are looking for a Blade Expert within NDT and Quality Tools to set up NDT inspection methods and develop/identify inspection methods for critical Quality/Process parameters. Approximately 20 travel days a year are to be expected. What are my responsibilities? · Set up of NDT inspection methods for blades, components or materials · Development of new inspection methods for critical Quality and Process parameters based on DFMEA and PFMEA · Execute Measurement System Analysis on inspection methods · Ensure cooperation with universities, institutes and knowledge centers · Benchmark inspection methods/levels in the industry · Develop documentation for inspection methods · Implementation of inspection methods at plant or suppliers · Support root cause analysis and production support What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a degree in engineering · You have experience with NDT · It is an advantage if you have industry experience and experience with composites · You have great English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
