We're SYBO ‒ a mobile game studio in the heart of Copenhagen, striving to craft meaningful experiences that can be enjoyed by everyone no matter what their skill. It takes all kinds of talents to bring this vision to life, and right now we’re looking for an Art Director to join our Brand Marketing team.

In this role, you’ll create high quality animated and still images, specifically marketing material for our games and content for our social media channels. You will also be involved in developing style guides for our licensing program, corporate identity for SYBO and visual identity for SYBO’s new IPs. You are a digital native and is passionate about marketing, with a deep interest in street art, skating and music!

You are able to carry projects from start to finish. You’ll be supervising the team to ensure a consistent look and feel across SoMe, website, presentation & sales materials. You are also going to be working with the Brand/s across three distinct businesses: Games, Animation & Consumer Products, ensuring authenticity of the brand while also tailoring the assets for each type of fan.

You are an awesome standout colleague who enjoys working with dynamic tasks and is willing to support SYBO’s fun, fast paced and high performing Brand Marketing team on our continued quest for excellence!

We appreciate specialists and with your particular skill set, you will be a large part of forming the position and be a part of our continuous journey, but for this role you will also need good soft- and management skills to get the most out of your team.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, artist or art director in the creative field. It could be another game studio, animation studio, cpg company, agency or production company
• Extraordinary graphic design skills and portfolio
• Ability to take on a project
• Strong organisational skills
• Experienced knowledge of the Adobe CC package
• Experience with licencing, product development, style guides...
• Ability to travel
• Proficient in English, verbal and written
• Can-do attitude is a requirement

Nice-to-have:

• Drawing / illustration skills
• Experience with web design
• Experience with layout for print and presentations
• 2D animation or motion graphics skills
