About the department
We are a part of Quality Executive Office supporting the Quality organisation of Novo Nordisk with + 1000 colleagues globally responsible for safeguarding patients and at the same time driving simplicity in our daily operations. The Business Intelligence department is responsible for delivering intuitive, reliable and easily accessible insights on quality data to enable business decisions in Novo Nordisk. We proactively seek to improve the use of quality data together with our stakeholders in line of business. Our team is a group of dedicated, engaged and dynamic colleagues - five of us are based in Denmark and one of us in India.
The position
We offer an exciting and challenging position that for the right candidate is a unique opportunity to optimise and improve our business intelligence on quality data.
Your main responsibility will be to understand and analyse quality data from our quality systems and transform specific business needs into concrete solutions. Specifically, you will conduct various data analysis and provide oversight of quality performance. You will be part of driving and expanding the self-service business intelligence set up in close dialogue with users from across the Novo Nordisk value chain. You will identify the specific needs and translate them into solutions such as dashboards, operational tools etc.
In addition, you will be part of supporting senior management with insights on quality performance, setting the standards for performance monitoring of quality data and driving various strategic processes and activities.
In this role you will develop a strong network and insight into quality processes and the value chain of Novo Nordisk. You will grow your business intelligence and stakeholder management skills enabling strong development opportunities in Novo Nordisk. Your development is important to us and we will ensure training and individual development plans to support you in your personal and professional development.
Qualifications
You have completed a relevant master’s degree in business administration, data science, economics, mathematics or similar. You have at least 3 years of experience working with data analysis and have supported stakeholders at operational and strategic level preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
To succeed we expect you to have strong analytical skills, flair for leveraging data and a can-do attitude. You have a good business understanding and are eager to deliver consistent high-quality support to our stakeholders. Finally, you are a solid communicator and strong in managing stakeholders.
In addition, you have a passion for working with data and experience working with advanced excel models as well as with business intelligence tools as Tableau and Alteryx or similar.
Finally, you are fluent in English and can work independently while being a team player. You are curious and a quick-learner and enjoy working in a dynamic and international work environment.
