And are you motivated by optimisation and improvements? Then you might be the right candidate for our vacant position in Clinical Supplies Business and IT Support (CSBITS). As Business Analyst in CSBITS you will be responsible for carrying out analyses and running projects and tasks to support the optimisation of the clinical supply chain. About the depatment CMC Clinical Supplies (CS) is responsible for planning, packing and delivering supplies for the clinical trials in Novo Nordisk. CSBITS is a department of highly skilled people who work across CS. We carry out strategic projects and tasks that aim at increasing the efficiency of the clinical supply chain in line with CS strategy and business plan. We work analytically and data based and support CS Management with high quality decision support and solutions. We are responsible for short, mid and long term capacity planning anchored in our capacity models, and we have the responsibility for a number of IT systems that support the supply chain. Our projects and tasks vary over time and cover e.g. analyses of pipeline data and productivity, simulation of trial supplies, IT projects, improvement of processes in CS, business cases as well as operational support to KPIs and other ad hoc tasks. The job You will be responsible for running and developing our long term capacity models and the pipeline data that support the models. You will also be responsible for tracking our productivity and developing this area. In addition, you will be responsible for a number of projects and tasks similar to the above with an element of quantitative analysis. You will interact with people across CS to scope the assignments and collect information. You will be responsible for presenting your projects and analyses in an easily understandable way to project owners and management, and you will ensure anchoring of the results in the organisation. Qualifications You hold a master degree within economics, business or similar. You have strong analytical skills, are data minded and possess high quantitative skills. You have strong Excel competencies and experience with e.g. VBA programming. It is essential that your strong quantitative and analytical skills are combined with a solid business understanding. You possess persistence and strong communication skills that ensure the anchoring of your results in the organisation. You are used to working on projects and understand the nature and demand of project oriented work. You have experience from previous jobs that matches the qualifications. It is an advantage if you have supply chain experience as well as a pharma background. On a personal level you work independently, deliver high quality and keep deadlines.
