You will be a part of our Delivery & Sourcing Excellence team located in Kolding and Oestbirk responsible for activities such as project management, performance development, business analyses, reporting and development of the operating model for global purchasing.

Here, you will have a supportive role in cross-functional projects and partake in the formulation and standardisation of sourcing processes, tools and methods to support core business needs.

Collaborating closely with the purchasing community, category managers and lead buyers, you will:

  • Provide analytical support, producing fact packages for supporting total cost of ownership and make-or-buy decisions
  • Maintain our operating purchasing model, including related systems and documentation
  • Support the improvement of external suppliers’ delivery performance
  •  Perform regular management and business reporting tasks
  • Travel approximately 20-30 days per year, mainly within Europe, to collaborate closely with international projects members

Your qualifications

You have a structured, result-oriented and persistent approach to problem-solving and working in a deadline-driven environment is something that truly motivates you. You are highly analytical and creative and always have an eye out for opportunities to improve the processes around you. You also enjoy collaborating across departments and borders, and you possess excellent communication skills.

  • You have a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably within procurement, supply chain management or economics
  • You possess some experience with global purchasing – experience with ERP systems and lean six sigma would be a great plus
  • You have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft environment
  • You are fluent in English
