Then we offer you the chance to put your own mark on business analytics and reporting across the global Sales and Marketing organisation to secure operational excellence.

Your challenges

At our Commercial Development department in Hørsholm, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting company-wide marketing and sales in over 40 countries. We collaborate closely with the senior management to establish relevant knowledge for the purpose of creating quality data.

To ensure optimal support in both areas, we have a business analyst focusing on sales, and we are looking for you to focus on our marketing divisions. As such, you will lead the development of the right marketing analytics and following operational excellence.

Through close collaboration with your team and our many international marketing and sales divisions, you will:

• Collect, analyse and report master data and KPI’s to marketing management to facilitate qualified decision-making
• Explore opportunities for process improvements, including processes for collection, analysis and reporting of data
• Define, document, implement and advocate viable opportunities
• Establish best practices for group-wide business analysis

“We haven’t yet formalised monthly reporting. So your job won’t just entail the typical business analyst tasks – you will also develop and drive activities to define what data is relevant and how we should collect and analyse it in the future. You will have responsibility for your own projects but will of course have the team and me to support you all the way,” says Mikael Bonde, Head of Commercial Portfolio and Process.

Your qualifications

With your sense of responsibility, can-do attitude and self-driven nature, you are motivated to search out opportunities for improvements and execute on it. You dare set direction and reflect critically upon data to figure out correlations that others may not spot. Lastly, you are able to translate large amounts of data into digestible visualisations and report directly to top management – and challenge them too.

You also bring:

• 2+ years' work experience, preferably as a commercial business analyst in an international company
• A master’s degree within data science, business analytics, business administration or similarly within business finances
• The ability and motivation to travel at least 10-15 days annually
• Fluency in English, Excel and PowerBI
