Join us as Business Analysts in Governance & Decision Support, which consists of two sub-teams, Governance & Compliance and Decision Support. Governance & Compliance is responsible for developing guidelines and policies on governance and conducting compliance reviews. Decision Support is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling key decisions, such as investment decisions and M&A as well as monthly reporting to Group Management. Governance & Decision Support is part of Wind Power, which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. Your key duties will be to •prepare guidelines and policies on governance and compliance reviews •handle performance management •be responsible for business case controlling of investment projects at various decision gates •assist in preparing various analyses and presentations for our top management •develop and support various databases within the department •support your colleagues in general day-to-day tasks. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •have recently graduated with a master’s degree within finance or economics corresponding to the Danish degrees cand.merc., cand.polit., cand.oecon. or similar and have delivered excellent results •have a broad knowledge of corporate finance theories and thorough experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel •work persistently and systematically and are able to plan and coordinate your daily work independently •value the quality of your work and are prepared to solve varying tasks •have a proactive and a systematic approach to your tasks •have strong communication skills and speak and write English fluently.
