Requirement is for Danish speaking consultant (Business Analyst) with Life and Pensions experience.

Functions: Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, source code analysis, requirements workshops, observing system behaviour, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Deliver Functional requirements (derived in part from the Business Requirements Document) and Use CasesWork independently with Business and Software development team to define concepts.Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Serves as the conduit between the business team and the software development team through which requirements flow.Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.

Qualifications: Around 5 years of prior experience required as a IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst Knowledge and experience of Danish Life & Pensions domain.Strong research and technical analysis skills; including the ability to effectively review, analyze, translate and document business needs into technical and user requirements; possess knowledge and understanding of business systems development/design and full life cycle application development process.Strong decision making skills including solid knowledge and experience with data flow process/procedures/systems.

Solid knowledge and understanding of project plan. Effectively handling multiple assignments and prioritizing work effectively.Strong self-motivation, business acumen, customer service, consulting and interpersonal/ relationship skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Ability to function within ambiguity and help bring clarity and/or resolution to complex situations/issues. Strong oral/written communication skills (Danish language) including presenting ideas and technical/business information and collaborating effectively with personnel at all level including technical and non-technical staff.
