About the department The job is based in our new headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark, where you will work with ten dedicated colleagues in R&D Business Support. The department is part of the staff function to the CSO of Novo Nordisk. We work across the global R&D organisation providing information, insights and advice to drive knowledge-based decision-making and best-in-class positioning of R&D. The job As a business analyst, you will play a central role in driving portfolio and performance management in R&D and setting the scene for further analysis. In order to support senior management and project management decision making, you will be a key asset in ensuring high quality, cross-functional and innovative resource and pipeline analysis. You will be co-responsible for our CATS (time registration system) and SAP BW as well as PIPPI (pipeline projection system) incl. maintenance and development. Additionally the key areas of responsibility include portfolio modelling and analysis, project progress tracking and various ad hoc analyses. You will be a key driver in continuously improving our data usage and analysis while further strengthening the connection to our internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications You have a Master's Degree in economics, engineering, business administration or the like with excellent results. Ideally you have 3-4 years of experience, working with business partnering, data analysis or project management with an excellent track record. If you have acquired solid experience of the pharmaceutical industry it is an advantage. Further, you are motivated by driving change and improvements involving many stakeholders at all levels in the organisation. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence, and you are results-oriented. You are analytical, structured and comfortable, managing a project on your own as well as interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
