- Business Development - Denmark - Bagsværd Contract & Local Manufacturing (CLM) is an area where things move fast and the daily operation is dependent on cooperation with colleagues and external contract manufacturers all over the world. The environment is highly complex and political and things change fast. As Business Analyst in CLM Business Support you would join a team of 8 colleagues working dedicatedly to support operations and projects related to management of Novo Nordisk’s outsourced insulin production. You will work closely with the Business Support Manager to support the Management team in driving various processes and projects within business improvement, strategy execution and performance management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the Project Office that supports all major projects driven out of CLM. About the department CLM is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s outsourced drug manufacturing world-wide. The primary role of CLM is to select, monitor and control the production handled by local manufactures in countries like India, Bangladesh, Algeria, Egypt, Russia and Japan. In addition, CLM is involved in the establishment of new production sites in countries where local presence is required in order to obtain market access. CLM Business Support where you will be placed is responsible managing and improving cross-departmental and cross-organisational processes based on best practice and alignment to other areas. The job As Business Analyst your main objective is to drive a wide range of processes and improvement projects. You will support the Business Support Manager and the Management team with essential analyses as basis for decision making, and you will play a key role in preparing large presentations with focus on story-line and key messages. You will be involved in budgeting, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies and other essential Business Support processes. Furthermore you will be responsible for the newly established Project Office that supports the Project Managers and the Management team with tools, analyses and best practice. You will have a high degree of independence in your work and you will work closely with stakeholders both within and outside CLM to ensure the right understanding of different processes and projects. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in International Business, Economics, Business & Development, Supply Chain Management or the similar, supplemented with 2-3 years of experience from a comparable position. You have a high competency level of MS-PowerPoint and basic knowledge of MS-Excel & MS-Word. As a person, you have excellent process understanding, you know how to get to the core of complex problems and make them understandable for others. You have a high personal drive to achieve results, and you have the ability to work independently, develop your own expertise, explore various possibilities and structure your own work. Furthermore, you possess good communication skills and you thrive with coordinating and navigating between many stakeholders in a busy environment. Project Management experience is an advantage.
