We are looking for a business analyst in Corporate Procurement with top-tier credentials to help drive business development and optimization of sourcing processes in Novo Nordisk globally. We are 130 employees in Corporate Procurement and together with the global organisation, we manage the total external spend of DKK 25 billion. We do this by building strategies and executing improvement projects to optimise the global spend. Corporate Procurement is anchored with direct report to the CFO. The job As a Business Analyst in Procurement Consulting, Corporate Procurement, you will play a key role in supporting our stakeholders globally in optimizing sourcing processes via utilization of best in class procurement IT-applications. This incorporates your ability to facilitate change, manage projects effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels across the global organisation. You will work fact-based and gain a solid business understanding while working on a wide range of projects. You will be part of a team that focuses on realising business needs by enabling effective use of sourcing IT-applications. You will be based in Denmark however, as part of our global span some travel activities can be expected. Qualifications You have completed a Master's Degree (in e.g. economics, business administration or supply chain management) with a top 15% GPA. You have 1-2 years of experience as either a management consultant from a top tier consultancy or from working with strategy, business development, management consulting or procurement in a leading organisation. You take leadership naturally and have high professional expectations for yourself and your colleagues. You communicate clearly and concisely and you are comfortable giving presentations to senior management. Finally, you work fluently in English.
